Where can I access Substance Source?
You can get downloads to Substance Source by subscribing to the Substance full offer, either Indie or Pro license.
You can access Substance Source at https://source.allegorithmic.com



How many assets can I download?
By subscribing to Substance you get 30 downloads per month on Substance Source.


What happens if I don’t download all the assets in my plan each month? Do they accumulate?
Yes, downloads roll-up from one month to another.


Where can I see the number of credits I have for downloading assets?
The number of available downloads is at the top right of the screen when you log in to Substance Source.


Can I sell my own content on Substance Source?
No. Substance Source is a place for content that has been developed by Allegorithmic and selected partners. You can share your content with the Substance community on the Substance Share platform. If your are a company and you want offer us content, please send us an email: contact @allegorithmic.com


Can I use Substance Source content for commercial projects?
Yes. You can use Substance Source content for commercial projects regardless of the type of monthly payment / license you have. Note that your project has to add real value to the Substance Source content you are using within it: it cannot be a “content holder” to sell Substance Source content.


What happened to Substance Database?
Substance Database is being discontinued as of November 3, 2016. If you are on the Substance Database monthly plan, you will have access to Substance Database as long as you keep up to date with your monthly payments. If you stop your payments, however, you will not be able to restart them and regain access to Substance Database.


I just opened a Substance account and I don’t see my points.
It can take up to 15 minutes before to see points appear in your account.


Can I share a licensed asset from Substance Source?
You can share the licensed asset with employees or subcontractors, provided that they follow all of the license restrictions.
If you transfer the asset or a derivative work to a client, then the client must acquire a license.
