To be eligible for this license you need to be officially enrolled student or a teacher at an accredited higher education institution.

K-12 and self-taught users are, unfortunately, not eligible for the free Substance 3D for Students and Teachers license.

The free Substance 3D for Students and Teachers license is also not currently available to users in Restricted Countries (countries where access or usage is restricted by local laws or embargoes).

Adobe verifies your status through the school-issued email address provided during purchase. If you do not have a school-issued email address or your email address cannot be verified, additional proof of eligibility may be requested after purchase like a Student ID Card.

How do I get a free Substance 3D for Students and Teachers license?

Go to this page 

  1. If you don’t already have one, create an Adobe Account.

How long will the free Substance 3D for Students and Teachers license last?
